These letters were not intended for human eyes.

Senior Undersecretary of Dark Technology in the infernal bureaucracy. Career achievements include meaningful contributions to the development of the smartphone, the infinite scroll, and the reply-all button. He writes to his nephew Bilchly on matters of professional development.

How I came into possession of these letters is a longer story than you'd want to hear. Suffice it to say: too much time on the internet.
